Jennifer Riley is known for her large and whimsical designs. A hot rod mechanic, Mike started decorating cakes at his mother's bakery when her arthritis worsened and she needed help. She learned the basics of baking and cooking in high school and from her mother and grandmother. After graduating, she attended a three-month pastry arts program at Ecole Bellouet Conseil in Paris and a year later she opened her storefront, Just Cakes, at the young age of 23.
