Purchased a 2019 Buick Enclave in October and immediately experienced transmission surging going downhill in our driveway. The extra $10-20 comes from the the never-ending charge for exceeding the utilities… We wanted a reliable full size SUV that drives great, rides smooth, and fits in the garage. Today I got to try out the all wheel drive in some deep snow and it didn't skip a beat. Anxiously, I went to the dealership that same day, met with sales lady Shanta who was absolutely AMAZING throughout the entire process :-)....she restored my faith in car salesmen again :-) She pulled up the vehicle I inquired about, we went for a test drive and I fell in love with the vehicle, but what was even more enjoyable about my car buying experience, is that Shanta wasn't being too aggressive or trying to get me to buy a car right then, and she actually advised me to sleep on my thoughts and let her know whatever I decide. The upgrades fit everything we were looking for. My vehicle is FWD and has zero issues performing in ther massive amounts of rain. >
