My main is a wildrhymer (ranger/chanter), lvl 19 now and they're pretty fun, good dps and utility, with low-med micromanagement, and can tank some.

IMO they are better used as strike DPS either hitting exposed targets on the flanks or circiling to the rear in persuit of enemy wizards, priests and ciphers which can then be dispatched easily in conjuction with the ranger. Can you guys tell me a good multiclass or build?

A well-built ranger's accuracy is about 10 to 15 points higher than anything you can achieve on most other characters (only exception being the extreme crit rouge builds), and about 20-40 points higher than the average deflection of an enemy the same level.
